How we solve problems
Identifying the correct problem is half the work.
We start with deep research, bring in guest speakers, and learn from people who have firsthand experience with the issue. From there, we partner with local organizations to understand where we can actually help and start building solutions. We start local, learn what works, and use that experience to take on bigger problems and create broader change.
